Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs fresh strawberries
  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs crush 2 graham cracker sheets

Instructions
 

Prep the Strawberries:

  • Wash and dry the fresh strawberries thoroughly. Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise and trim off the hump on the back of each half so that the strawberries lay flat. Arrange them on a baking sheet.

Make the Cheesecake Filling:

  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the heavy whipping cream, whipping until the mixture is thickened and fluffy.

Fill the Strawberries:

  • Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag or Ziploc bag with the tip cut off. Pipe the filling into the center of each strawberry half until they are generously filled.

Top with Graham Cracker Crumbs:

  • Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs on top of each filled strawberry for a delightful crunch.

Chill and Serve:

  • Refrigerate the filled strawberries for about 15-20 minutes before serving to allow the filling to firm up. Enjoy your cheesecake deviled strawberries!
